Model library

All your GGUF files in one place — with tags, favorites and metadata preview.

Models folder

LlamaControl scans the chosen folder for .gguf files. Change it in Settings: pick it manually or use “Detect automatically” (checks common llama.cpp and LM Studio locations).

Organizing

You can annotate every model. Everything is stored locally.

  • Display name, description and tags
  • Favorites and a “favorites only” filter
  • Model type (category) and last-used date
  • Search by name or tag

Model information

The app reads the GGUF header (without loading the whole file) and shows format version, tensor count, KV cache parameters and size.

Actions

From the model view you can start or stop it, edit parameters, duplicate, export, reveal in folder or delete it.
